Security & Privacy
No Equal Clothing will protect the security of your information during transmission. We will do this by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input and that is transmitted to us.

Cookies
Cookies are pieces of data stored by your web browser on your hard drive. These are transferred from a website to your hard drive as you browse. Cookies allow a web site to personalise your shopping experience. If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can usually set your browser to refuse cookies. No Equal Clothing Anti-Spam Policy
No Equal Clothing practices permission-based systems and is required to adhere to its anti-spam policy. No Equal Clothing is required to use its permission-based system to send communications only to customers that have consented to receive their communications, often referred to as opted-in.

Receiving Communications from Our System
If you have received a communication sent from No Equal Clothing’s permission-based system, it is because you have opted-in to one of our relationship building campaigns. No Equal Clothing is only allowed to send communications to opt-in names. All email addresses are secure and private. They will not be used for other purposes and will not be shared, sold, or rented without prior permission from you. Information submitted by you is only available to No Equal Clothing employees for the purpose of managing internal data.

Opt-Out Policy
Communications sent through No Equal Clothing’s permission-based system contain an easy, automated way for you to stop receiving communications No Equal Clothing. Each communication contains a link, that when selected, automatically send you to a web site that allows you to be excluded from future mailings. This may take a week before it has been fully removed from all systems.

If you receive unwanted, unsolicited communications sent via No Equal Clothing permission-based system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to info@noequalclothing.com for review.

Data Protection Act
No Equal Clothing complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act. When placing an order, or requesting to receive a catalogue from us, we will store this data. Any customer data we store may in the future be used for promotional mailings, or passed to carefully selected third parties. Your details will be automatically excluded from such mailings, unless you specifically request to receive them by ticking the appropriate box.

Distance Selling Regulations
Customers in the European Union have the right under law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days. This period starts the day after the item is received by you. To cancel your purchase within these 7 working days, please use the return mailing label at the bottom of your dispatch note.

Trades Descriptions Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct. While the colour reproduction on www.noequalclothing.co.uk and in our catalogue is an extremely close representation, slight variation to the goods actual colour may occur.

Pricing
Prices shown on www.noequalclothing.co.uk, in our catalogues and at our stores include VAT and are regularly checked for accuracy. Despite our best efforts, occasionally errors may occur where prices are displayed incorrectly. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If however, a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before dispatch. We will only charge your card on the day goods are dispatched.

Items offered in promotional mailings are while stocks last and any prices are specific to that promotion only. No Equal Clothing Co reserves the right to alter prices and withdraw offers without prior notice.

Availability
Some items are more popular than we predict, and as such availability of an individual item can on rare occasion be misrepresented on our website. Of course, we work hard to ensure that if we list an item as ‘In Stock’ then this is the case. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and where possible we will offer you an alternative. If an alternative is not available, this missing item will be cancelled from your order and any remaining items sent. We will attempt to locate any stock for orders from our stores where the item proved to be misrepresented on our website, you will be notified of this by email and the additional items, if sourced will be sent to you at a later date at no additional cost.
