Returns/Exchanges
All items for exchange/refund must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn with all tags attached and where applicable, in original packaging. No Equal Clothing reserves the right to withhold any refund of part thereof where it is believed that these conditions have not been met.
There is no need to telephone us first if you have an item to return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please complete the form on the reverse of your dispatch note and return your parcel to us using the attached address label, clearly stating the reason for return. Please note that returns are sent at your expense and we recommend using recorded delivery and keeping a proof of postage. All items for exchange or refund must be received by us within 21 days of receipt. All refunds will only be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 21 days to complete. We will email you on the day the refund is processed.
Please note that purchases made via our website and telephone line cannot be refunded in any of our stores. Exchanges can however be made at any of our listed branches or by returning the item/s to us as described above.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
